بحث محافظ الأحساء، الأمير سعود بن طلال بن بدر، مستجدات أعمال اللجنة التنفيذية للسلامة المرورية وجهود تطوير منظومة السلامة على الطرق، وذلك خلال ترؤسه اجتماع اللجنة بمقر المحافظة، اليوم، بحضور قيادات القطاعات الحكومية والأمنية.
واطّلع الأمير سعود بن طلال، خلال الاجتماع، على التقرير الختامي لأعمال اللجنة وما تضمنه من مؤشرات ونتائج للجهود المبذولة في تعزيز السلامة المرورية، إلى جانب استعراض نسب انخفاض الحوادث والوفيات المرورية والنتائج المتحققة من المبادرات والإجراءات المنفذة بالتعاون بين الجهات المعنية.
وأكد محافظ الأحساء أن اهتمام القيادة الرشيدة بسلامة الإنسان وتعزيز منظومة السلامة المرورية يعكس حرصها على حماية الأرواح والممتلكات وتحسين جودة الحياة، مشيراً إلى أن النتائج الإيجابية المسجلة في خفض الحوادث والوفيات تجسِّد أهمية التكامل والعمل المؤسسي بين مختلف الجهات ذات العلاقة.
وشدد على ضرورة مواصلة العمل وفق خطط واضحة ومؤشرات أداء دقيقة، مع تعزيز البرامج الوقائية والتوعوية، ورفع كفاءة الاستجابة للحوادث، ومعالجة المواقع الأكثر خطورة، ومتابعة تنفيذ المبادرات والمشروعات المرورية؛ بما يسهم في استدامة النتائج المحققة ودعم مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030 وبناء بيئة مرورية آمنة للجميع.
The Governor of Al-Ahsa, Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, discussed the latest developments in the work of the Executive Committee for Traffic Safety and efforts to enhance the road safety system during his chairing of the committee meeting at the governorate’s headquarters today, in the presence of leaders from government and security sectors.
During the meeting, Prince Saud bin Talal reviewed the final report of the committee’s activities, which included indicators and results of the efforts made to enhance traffic safety, in addition to reviewing the rates of decrease in traffic accidents and fatalities, as well as the outcomes achieved from initiatives and measures implemented in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
The Governor of Al-Ahsa emphasized that the leadership’s concern for human safety and the enhancement of the traffic safety system reflects its commitment to protecting lives and property and improving the quality of life, noting that the positive results recorded in reducing accidents and fatalities embody the importance of integration and institutional work among various related entities.
He stressed the need to continue working according to clear plans and precise performance indicators, while enhancing preventive and awareness programs, improving response efficiency to accidents, addressing the most dangerous locations, and following up on the implementation of traffic initiatives and projects; all of which contribute to sustaining the achieved results and supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and building a safe traffic environment for all.
