حصل مركز التدريب العدلي بوزارة العدل على الاعتماد المؤسسي الكامل من هيئة تقويم التعليم والتدريب؛ ممثلةً بالمركز الوطني لتقويم واعتماد التدريب (مسار)، حتى ديسمبر 2028م، بعد استيفائه متطلبات ومعايير الاعتماد المؤسسي.
وشمل التقييم عدداً من المجالات؛ من أبرزها الحوكمة والإدارة، وجودة البرامج التدريبية، وتأهيل المدربين، وخدمات المتدربين، وقياس مخرجات التدريب وفاعليته.
ويقدم المركز برامج تدريبية وتأهيلية متخصصة تستهدف القضاة والمحامين ومنسوبي وزارة العدل والجهات العاملة في القطاع العدلي، بهدف تنمية المعارف والمهارات القانونية والقضائية، ورفع الكفاءة المهنية، وتعزيز جودة الممارسات العدلية.
كما تشمل برامج أعمال المركز التأهيل القضائي المتخصص؛ ومنها الدبلوم العالي للقانون المدني، والقانون الجنائي، إلى جانب برامج التدريب والتأهيل القانوني والمهني، بما يسهم في تطوير الكفاءات الوطنية ودعم جودة العمل في المنظومة العدلية.
The Judicial Training Center at the Ministry of Justice has received full institutional accreditation from the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, represented by the National Center for Training Evaluation and Accreditation (Masar), until December 2028, after meeting the requirements and standards for institutional accreditation.
The evaluation included several areas, most notably governance and management, the quality of training programs, the qualification of trainers, trainee services, and measuring training outcomes and effectiveness.
The center offers specialized training and qualification programs targeting judges, lawyers, and employees of the Ministry of Justice and entities operating in the judicial sector, aiming to enhance legal and judicial knowledge and skills, improve professional competence, and promote the quality of judicial practices.
The center’s programs also include specialized judicial qualification, such as the higher diploma in civil law and criminal law, in addition to legal and professional training and qualification programs, contributing to the development of national competencies and supporting the quality of work in the judicial system.
