أصدر المركز الوطني للأرصاد، اليوم، إنذارًا أحمر للعاصمة المقدسة؛ نتيجة هطول أمطار غزيرة مصحوبة برياح شديدة السرعة، وتدنٍ وانعدام في مدى الرؤية الأفقية في بعض المواقع، إلى جانب تساقط البرد وجريان السيول وحدوث صواعق رعدية.
كما نبَّه المركز من هطول أمطار متوسطة على محافظة الجموم بمنطقة مكة المكرمة، تصاحبها رياح قوية، وشبه انعدام في الرؤية الأفقية، وتساقط للبرد، وجريان للسيول، وصواعق رعدية.
وأوضح المركز أن الحالة الجوية المتوقعة تستمر -بمشيئة الله تعالى- حتى الساعة التاسعة مساءً.
The National Center of Meteorology issued a red alert today for the Holy Capital due to heavy rainfall accompanied by strong winds, and a significant reduction or complete absence of horizontal visibility in some areas, along with hail, flowing torrents, and thunderstorms.
The center also warned of moderate rainfall in the Al-Jamoum governorate in the Makkah region, accompanied by strong winds, near-zero horizontal visibility, hail, flowing torrents, and thunderstorms.
The center clarified that the expected weather conditions will continue – if God wills – until 9 PM.
