The Ministry of Human Resources has taken legal action against 67 recruitment offices for their involvement in regulatory violations and has decided to immediately suspend the activities of 66 offices and revoke the license of one recruitment office for failing to correct the violations within the specified timeframe.

The observed violations varied between breaching the rules for practicing recruitment activities and providing labor services, delaying the return of amounts owed to beneficiaries, and failing to address the complaints submitted by them.

The Ministry confirmed its continued monitoring of the performance of recruitment offices and companies on a regular basis, applying penalties to those who violate the regulations and instructions, and urged all beneficiaries to take advantage of the reliable services through the “Musaned” platform, which allows for electronic contracting with approved recruitment offices and companies, and provides tools for evaluating them, tracking requests, and reporting any violations.

The monitoring operations during the third quarter of 2026 were part of reinforcing the principles of governance and transparency in the labor market, and enhancing the quality of services provided, through a regulatory and oversight system that regulates practices and protects the rights of the parties involved in the contractual relationship, thereby boosting beneficiaries’ trust and supporting the establishment of an attractive and sustainable labor market.
