ضبطت الدوريات الساحلية لحرس الحدود في محافظة ضباء بمنطقة تبوك مواطناً لمخالفته لائحة الأمن والسلامة لمزاولي الأنشطة البحرية في المناطق البحرية للمملكة، بعد ممارسته الصيد دون الحصول على تصريح نظامي.
وأوضح حرس الحدود أنه جرى اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحق المخالف بالتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة، ضمن الجهود الرامية إلى حماية الثروات المائية الحية وتعزيز الالتزام بالأنظمة والتعليمات المنظمة للأنشطة البحرية.
ودعا حرس الحدود الجميع إلى التقيّد باللوائح والتعليمات البيئية، والإبلاغ عن أي ممارسات تمثل اعتداءً على البيئة أو الحياة الفطرية عبر الرقم (911) في مناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والمنطقة الشرقية، والرقم (994) في بقية مناطق المملكة، مؤكدًا أن جميع البلاغات ستُعامل بسرية تامة.
The coastal patrols of the Border Guard in the province of Duba in the Tabuk region apprehended a citizen for violating the security and safety regulations for those engaged in marine activities in the maritime areas of the Kingdom, after he practiced fishing without obtaining a legal permit.
The Border Guard clarified that legal measures were taken against the violator in coordination with the relevant authorities, as part of efforts to protect living marine resources and enhance compliance with the regulations and instructions governing marine activities.
The Border Guard urged everyone to adhere to environmental regulations and instructions, and to report any practices that represent an infringement on the environment or wildlife via the number (911) in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and the number (994) in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions, confirming that all reports will be treated with complete confidentiality.
